Trojobal basically means triple-coating (3 layers), this is because the fish or whatever we are breading will have to have 3 layers. One layer of flour, one of egg and one of breadcrumbs. Trojobal can be used on anything, meat, pork, fish, chicken, cheese or even dumplings.
In Czech Republic during Christmas we only eat fish, so at the Christmas eve the dinner is usually a carp covered with trojobal, but you may use also trout. It is served with dumplings, lemon and your preferred salad.
